CORT Clean Certified^TM is our assurance that products have been cleaned, sanitized, inspected and protected. CORT Clean CertifiedTM ensures that:

• All furnishings are cleaned and sanitized with special attention given to high-touch points such as chairs, drawer handles, hard surfaces and lamp switches.
• Upholstery was thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and placed in new bags for transport.
• Mattresses were sanitized, disinfected and then placed in new bags for transport.
• Electronics and remote- control devices were cleaned and disinfected.
• Dishware, cookware, glassware and silverware were sanitized and cleaned in high-temperature commercial washers.
• Linens were laundered in high-temperature industrial washers and placed in new bags for transport.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase at CORT Furniture Clearance Center, return it within 14 days for a refund.

A proof of purchase/receipt is required for returns.

To return your furniture, please call the number on your sales receipt.

• For directions to our local distribution center to return the furniture.
• To schedule an appointment for the return – this will make things very quick for you.
• If you need the furniture picked up. You will be responsible for any charges related to furniture pick-up.

Inspection of return

• All products sold in CORT Furniture Clearance Centers have been cleaned and inspected before ever making it into our stores.
• Any returns must be fully inspected for Cimicidae and other infestations. We will not honor the guarantee if we discover an infestation of any kind.

Refunds

• Will include the purchase price and any applicable taxes charged.
• Will not include any delivery charges to deliver the furniture in the first place.
• Special Orders will be charged a 50% restocking fee.

Refund Process

• For purchases using a credit card, your refund will be applied to the same credit card. Please bring the credit card you used to make the purchase.
• For purchases with cash, you will receive the refund via check within 2 weeks.
• You can choose to receive a store credit in lieu of a refund. Store credit will be valid for 30 days. A check will be issued for a store credit not used in 30 days.

Throughout all CORT Clearance Centers we rate the quality of the furniture being sold using the following grading scale.

• Grade A: Showroom condition, rental quality. Offered for sale when overstocked.
• Grade B: Near Showroom condition. This furniture does not meet our high rental standards. A great value in the Clearance Center!
• Grade C: Minor, but noticeable imperfections. The greatest Value!
• Grade D: Noticeable wear and tear. The lowest price on very serviceable furniture!
